eRate 360 provides guidance and consultation to sales, accounting and marketing executives for hardware manufacturers, technology & telecommunications companies. Our compliance team offers a complete set of E-rate program services to service providers as listed:
Assisting new service providers that would like to participate in the E-rate program to file the required service provider forms so they can obtain their Service Provider Identification Number (SPIN) and their active status to participate.
- E-rate consulting services as they apply to:
- Ensuring our service provider clients understand what services and or products are eligible vs. ineligible
- Review of service provider RFP responses for E-rate integrity
- “Indirect” client (School/library) support (through the service provider) with:
- Form 471
- Item 21 attachments
- Form 486
- Form 472 (BEAR form)
- Overseeing/Managing the Invoicing Process
- By monitoring Form 486 status
- By sending out friendly form 486 reminders “indirectly” through service providers to delinquent schools and libraries
- Form 486 Notification Letter (NL) verification that form 486 was successfully filed
- By filing Form 474 (SPI) forms and retaining copies for our electronic document repository
- Security of E-rate disbursements to appropriate E-rate recipients
- By ensuring that disbursement check addresses are correct and accurate and are only delivered to the authorized name at the authorized school or library address
- Service Provider Validation with USAC
- By monitoring and ensuring that all required service provider forms are up-to-date and filed with USAC

Appeals Assistance
Our compliance team at eRate 360 Solutions has the knowhow and experience to analyze and gather the appropriate information in preparation of appeals that address any and all reasons for denial of funding requests by the Universal Service Administrative Company (USAC) and Libraries Division (SLD).
